Job Title: Product Manager Location: Fremont, CA
Reports to: General Manager FLSA Status: Exempt
Role Summary:
Provides OEM solutions to low-, mid- and high-volume customers in the Medical and Industrial Market Segments. Runs the portfolio and is responsible for overall product strategy and business leadership in order to meet sales, gross margin and operating income targets.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Owns and drives the commercial related activities for pressure products in the target markets/applications by understanding market/industry trends, demand drivers, customer needs, and competitive landscape
- Drives day-to-day activities for new business opportunity assessment
- Design go to market strategy, inclusive of channel strategy and partnerships
- Work with R&D and operations in the development of new products to meet current and future customer requirements.
- Manage full product lifecycle
- Track and benchmark global competitors – technology, product portfolio, pricing
- Develop and Define strategies and resource requirements necessary to execute the product roadmap
- Communicate and collaborate cross functionally to define sales, technology and operations strategies and goals
- Establish pricing policy
- Develop the annual budget and strategy plans specific to the defined market segments – track progress and facilitate resolutions to any gaps
- Visit customers in support of winning new business/maintaining existing accounts
- Key metrics: Sustained profitable growth, custom product offering execution, product line vitality, new product introductions
Qualifications/Requirements:
- 3+ years of product management or sales experience, additional MBA preferred
- Relevant sensor product or industry experience desired
- 4-year technical or business degree required
- P&L management experience preferred

Position Demands:
