Position Title:  Validation Warehouse Associate                                                FLSA:  Hourly Non-bargaining

Reports To:  Validation Operations Manager                                                       Date:  1/23         

 

Functional Scope:  Provide support services focusing on records, information, and tasks necessary to maintain correct and accurate inventory.

Position Specifications: High school diploma or GED, communication skills, self-motivated, effectively work within cross-functional teams, read/understand instructions, mathematics, execute with urgency and Microsoft Office proficiency.  Familiarity or experience with ERP system is preferred.  Strong organizational skills required.

Essential Functions: 

  • Regular attendance
  • Must be able to perform all essential functions of the position, with or without accommodations
  • Efficiently fulfill all office responsibilities regarding kitting, disbursing and storage of all incoming/outgoing stores and consumables.
  • Perform necessary operations to maintain production orders.
  • Participate in meetings for closure of work orders.
  • Work closely with production, planning, and shipping to meet customer demand
  • Ensure/maintain accurate stock inventory; troubleshoot and address inventory discrepancies
  • Efficiently enter, record, and distribute all requests for materials
  • Understand all transactions necessary and how to perform them in the current ERP system
  • Understand all documents required with warehousing critical materials
  • Accurately maintain all applicable product/process information where required
  • Perform daily, weekly, monthly cycle counts; participate in annual physical inventory
  • Ensure product is placed in proper location following performance of assigned tasks
  • Audit incoming product for damage and/or count discrepancies
  • Support adherence to the QMS system and ISO17025 requirements
  • Communicate ideas and suggestions for continuous improvement of lab processes and deliverables
  • Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area
