Essential Functions: 

• Work Safely and in compliance with all company practices, policies and procedures
• Must be able to perform all essential functions of the position, with or without accommodations
• Assist in the daily sales reporting – accuracy, timeliness, etc…
• Provide the information and analytics to support the sales teams forecasting process and monthly ops reviews packages.
• Provide the information and analytics to support the standard margin calculations and variances by identification of volume, price, and mix.
• Support regional sales leaders and product managers and identify areas to improve process and results
• Support Financial Analyst with providing metrics and KPI’s as needed for monthly dashboards: region, country, territory, channel, pipeline, quotes, salesperson, NPI/CPO, etc….
• Participate in cross functional process improvement teams to promote operational efficiencies
• Compile data in the company’s primary database system
• Assist in the development of new data strategies to enhance efficiencies of the current business process
• Provide analysis and Maintenance of Forecasting and pipeline database and supporting reports
• Provide support to additional business data analysis and reporting needs
• Travel as necessary
• Other functions as assigned
